this is the greatest week of the year! easter fell last weekend so we got friday of last weekand monday of this week off work, and ANZAC Day is this friday so we get another day off! 3 days of work while i get paid for a full five! PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ROX0R!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i always wonder how they decide when easter should fall – why does it move around when things like christmas are stationary? was there not an appropriate pagan holiday to hijack?
did some research and easter falls the first sunday after the Paschal Full Moon. and the Paschal Full Moon is chosen by some wacky christian calculating thing which is now simplified into an algorithm to make life easy for everyone….or something. its silly – the Paschal Full Moon is used only to calculate when easter is……..why cant they just say the first sunday of april or the last sunday of march is easter and be done with it?
