i was trying to think of something random to do searches for on google. my topic of brilliance is the mighty handstand!

to start with – this page has info for gymnasts on how they should work out to master a perfect handstand. i liked the dorky pictures!

The Physics of the Handstand. who really cares? when i was in primary school it was all about doing one without flashing your undies to the rest of the playground.
