in other tv news – channel 7 in australia (they also air Alias here) have been doing some seemingly dodgy stuff.

last year in december i blogged something about watching Armageddon and how it was freaky at the beginning because in one of the shots you see of the New York skyine after the first meteor shower hits there is a shot including the two WTC towers and one of them is partially gone and smoking from where the meteor hit it. so sunday night they had Armegeddon on channel 7 as the sunday nite movie.
the week before they had another Bruce Willis film – The Siege – which is about terrorists doing stuff in New York.

are they just being tasteless? or using sept 11 to improve ratings? i dunno – it just looks dodgy to me.

i dont have a tv guide for this week (and this site doesnt have sundays info up yet) but i was thinking if they wanted to contnue with the new york + bruce willis + blow shit up theme then die hard 3 would be good.
