was late to work today – the latest i have been yet.
1) woke up at 5:30 when the alarm went off but fell back asleep and didnt wake up till sometime just before 7:30. 2) ran around like a mad thing getting ready and then called the cab who said they would be right there but didnt arrive till 5 to 8 – so i missed the 8 o’clock train and the next was at 8:30.
train takes hour and a half minimum to get to Central then i have to change trains there to get the north shore line which takes another 10-15 mins to get over to north sydney. then i have to walk from the station which is another 10-15 mins depending on other pedestrians getting in my way and the set of light i cross at and the evil lifts in our building. so yeah – i got here at 10:21. man thats annoying! especially just two days after my performance evaluation and one of the things the boss mentioned was arriving on time.
