a couple of hours late…never mind

Seven on Sunday… (from On the Fringe)

1. How and why did you first get into Harry Potter?
Like many I was all – ‘kids books? why would you bother?’ (even though i still regularly read my fave books from my childhood). My mum was a fan first – she bought the books because she is around young girls a lot and decided to see what the fuss was about. Anyways she had all the books and in 2001 I was off work for a week after my ingrown toenail was operated on with nothing better to do so I decided to read the books. I read one book a night – stayed up ALL Wednesday night to read Goblet of Fire….which was foolish because i was going out on thursday morning and nearly DIED from exhaustion when i got home that afternoon…but it was SO worth it! I loved them. Now I do my bestto try and convince the other non-believers to realise the error of their ways. Its not easy!

2. Which book is your favorite? Have you read the entire series? If not, what are you up to and do you intend to read them all? Have read them all – like the others I stayed up all night reading Order of the Phoenix. 1-4 i have reada couple of times, GoF an extra time because when we were in england at the end of 2001 (WHEN THE FIRST FILM CAME OUT AND NO ONE TOOK ME TO SEE THE FILM AND I WAS SOOOOOOOOOO PISSED OFF!!!! Had to waittill we got back to oz.) my uncle had a copy and i reread it while we were at his place.
My fave….I cant choose between Prisoner of Azkaban and Goblet of Fire. I LOVE Those two books. I need to read OotP again though…maybe it will creep up to fave status on further readings.

3. Who are your three favorite characters? Only 3? You suck! Can The Twins count as one? PLEASE??? Actually no – if I count them as individuals it makes the job of picking the other person easier. George and Fred Weasley and Hermione.
I would have said Draco and Ginny but thats my fanfic related obsession. They would definately be a two for one deal in my head. How ’bout I revise my answer to The Twins, The Trio, D/G. HEEHEE. *scurries to next question*

4. Who are your three favorite professors? Minerva McGonagall, Remus Lupin and Hagrid! Gotta love the flubberworms! (Amongst other things!)

5. Would you rather be an Animagus or a Parsel Mouth? If Animagus, what kind of animal would you want to be?
Definately Animagus. So cool. I think I’d like to be a pegasus….sure it would be on no help to anyone because how fricking weird would it be to really see one but I love them so. If we are talking a real animal – I guess a cat.

6. If you could take one class at Hogwarts, what would it be? Transfiguration.

7. What do you think Harry will become once he finishes school? Hard to pick. Either an Auror or the Defence Against the Darks Arts teacher and maybe when he’s old he’ll become Headmaster and guide some other young lad or girl through some terrible burden-filled passage through Hogwarts. ^-^
