i love my ISP! 🙂 so glad i am not on cable. heehee – i mock you cable people. i cant even get cable where i am. i can get ADSL though – but it costs a bit to install.
Telstra said one cause of the failures was many customers disconnecting from the cable network when it was designed to be an “always-on” system.
well telstra – my lovely ISP – maybe people have some brain cells and are trying to protect their computers from being hacked from the outside by disconnecting.
