Okay – I have been browsing the net for some stuff and it is taking a while to find what I want so I will pause and have a blab about X-Men.

Okay – you know the friend that Rogue makes at the school – you know when Mystique impersonates him? Well you see the real one walking down the hall with some friends and then you see the Mystique one come out of the doorway that goes to the underground facility. The next shot of him/her is down at Cerebro. Hello??????

This isn’t a poke at this film exactly – but in lots of American films – they seem to get people with English accents to play Jewish people who have survived the holocaust. What the hell is that all about?

No more bitching, just me blathering. In the bit near the beginning where Rogue tells Logan he should have his seatbelt on and then they crash and he goes flying. My first reaction was ‘ouch’ and everyone else in the cinema (all four times) laughed. Laughed I tell you! These must be the same people who laugh at even the truly awful moments on Funniest Home Videos.

I read on another blog I think it was – they were asking why Wolverine seemed to get tougher at the end of his fight with Mystique after she had given him a good belting. Well people – recall when we first meet him – the guy says that if you hit him in the nuts “he’ll take it personal”. Well ol’ Mystique baby goes for the nuts and he gets a tad bit cranky! Oh yes he does!

Now this is a query for ignorant me – I understand why there was the shot of his back where it started bleeding after he saved Rogue near the end – it’s where he stabbed himself to get out of the binding in the Statue. But why did he get the cuts on his face? Where did they come from? Oh ignorant me!
